About Us
We are 4th generation ranchers and farmers on our place just north of I-90 between New Underwood and Wasta, SD. We raise Black Angus cattle who enjoy eating the prairie grass. Beef sales are available by the piece, small packages, 1/4s, 1/2s or whole animal, because we love giving our customers options of tasty meats for their tables.
In addition to ranching, we've added 2 greenhouses and are in the process of building a third. We raise many varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuces, peas, radishes, pumpkins, squashes, melons, beans, corn and leafy greens. We do the opposite of specializing! One greenhouse is dedicated to hydroponics, the others are grown traditionally in soil.

Practices
Cattle are given no hormones. We work hard to keep them gentle and treat them as humanely as possible.
Our hydroponic system uses organic certified fertilizers. Our soil production uses well composted organic fertilizers and soil amendments. Integrated pest control relies heavily on lady bugs and when needed only organic sprays (Neem oil). No other herbicides or pesticides are used.
